Come shopping with us. An IKEA Haul.

Spring has sprung & what better way to kick off the season & get my butt in gear for that annual house cleaning than to take a trip to our local IKEA? Now that the snow has melted it’s time to replace the worn out dirty rugs & bring some feel good back into our place. Here’s a glimpse into our shopping cart on Saturday.

Fejka Artificial Plant

Socker Plant Pot

Ravenea Potted Plant

This 12 dollar plant would have looked perfect in our entryway but I guess I forgot we had 2 naughty cats waiting at home to tear this apart. Thank God it’s warmed up a lot in Minnesota because I’m keeping her right out our front door. It’s roughly 51″ in height & fuller than what you see in the photo. You can’t beat the price either. This plant can be kept alive in 30 degree weather or warmer with light water intake & sunshine.

Badback Shower Curtain

HODDE Rug Runner

Half of our home is tile. I partially love it because it’s easy to clean with a quick sweep but partially loathe it as well because I’m a freeze baby & constantly barefoot. This baby runs just under 7 ‘ long & 3 ‘ wide. Perfect for our galley kitchen & only 30 bucks.

TANUM Flatwoven Rug

SKUBB Organizer

Our entryway closet has been an absolute nightmare but we have been just too lazy to do anything about it. The Skubb organizer is perfect for shoes so we bought 1 of these 6 compartments for Jake & 3- 9 compartments for me.

HYLLE Pillow

APTITLIG butcher blog board

Vorda 3 piece knife set

PLASTIS ice cube tray

Summer is right around the corner. How fun are these ice cube molders?

Popsicle Mold in store only or Here

& speaking of summer must haves.. My son loves smoothies. I can’t wait to have smoothie pops cool & ready, made from all of my own ingredients.

Childrens Duktig Cookware

In the next couple of weeks I will be sharing my refurbished play kitchen set I’ve been working on for our son. I picked up some stainless steal kid sized cookware in the children’s section.

ANTILOP Highchair

The main reason why we wanted to get into IKEA was for this high chair that is no more than 20 bucks. We got it on sale for only 14. I’ve used it 3 times now & love everything about it. It’s light, easy to clean & super modern.

SLAPPA Towel & Hood Kids

I am obsessed with this kids hooded towel. Dash looks adorable in it & there are snaps along the side & hood for easy wearing. Check out how much Dash loves his-

That’s a wrap. I hope you enjoyed this haul. Happy Spring cleaning.
