Last night the sun stayed out just long enough for Dash & I to get some Easter eggs done. I think I had more fun then he did since I am learning and very slowly accepting that I don’t think he likes arts & crafts as much as me. I’ve never really been HUGE into the whole dying egg thing but more of a painter. I also figured with a one year old, dying could get a little tricky so why not roll up our sleeves & bust out the finger paints.
Once Dash’s were finished I moved onto mine. This year I decided to do something similar to last year’s pumpkins. I painted them with a lavender chalk paint then gave them a flower crown. It was simple, chic & EASY.
All supplies were purchased at Michaels Craft. I hot glued the flowers to the tops for a better stick & viola.
I had to save one. Check out our golden egg.
